What PreEndorse is, what it isn't, and what you get for £49.

  • No. We are an independent commercial tool. We audit your business concept against the Home Office criteria, but we are not an endorsing body, immigration firm, or government agency. We do not give legal advice or issue endorsements.

  • Endorsing bodies charge a non-refundable endorsement fee. Many rejections come down to the same fixable problems: unclear IP, weak margins, or a vague hiring plan. An audit for £49 shows you exactly what to fix before you pay those fees.

  • For every audit we run several live web searches (through Google Search) for businesses in your space, in the UK and abroad, and keep only the ones a cited source confirms. We then score how well your concept stands apart from them and flag any areas where an endorser might push back.

  • The report covers your overall readiness score, a live UK competitor comparison, a margin and runway check, a list of the specific issues that could get you rejected along with how to fix them, and a set of panel interview questions with model answers written for your sector.

  • Yes. Your answers and documents are seen only by the providers we need to produce your report: Google's Gemini API analyses them, and Supabase stores them. Your idea is never used to train AI models or sold. Uploaded documents are deleted after 90 days. See our privacy policy for details.

  • We load the current list of approved endorsing bodies from gov.uk for every audit and re-weight your score using what each body publishes about its focus. Our three-pillar rubric mirrors the endorsement criteria: innovative, viable and scalable, with founder skills assessed under viability. Settlement criteria are shown separately as an outlook and never scored.

  • It checks whether your concept matches any of the patterns that lead to an immediate refusal: consulting or agency models with no real IP, reliance on third-party APIs without your own layer, unregistered or offshore IP, commodity businesses, margins that are too thin, or a hiring plan that does not specify UK-based roles.

  • You can share it as supporting commercial evidence, but it is not a legal document and does not count as an endorsement. We recommend using it to fix any weak points and to brief your immigration adviser before you apply.
