Refund policy
If report generation permanently fails after our retries, we initiate a full £49 refund to the original payment method. If your payment is duplicated, your PDF is inaccessible, or there is another delivery problem, contact us with your receipt and report reference. We will investigate and arrange correction or an appropriate refund. Bank processing times vary. We do not guarantee a score, endorsement or visa outcome. This policy does not exclude your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights. To request cancellation or a refund, email support with your name, order reference and the date of purchase.
